• How can I find you?

  Hotel "Central" is located in the very center of the city, at the address: Tomsk, Krylova str., 16A. Nearby is the Bogoroditse—Alekseevsky Monastery and the "Krylov's Fables" park. Coordinates for the navigator: 56.4798, 84.9555.

  How to get there:

  • From "Bogashevo" airport — 30-40 minutes by taxi (1,200 - 1,500 rubles). We can arrange a transfer (slightly more expensive)— let us know when booking.
  • From Tomsk-1 railway station it takes 15-20 minutes by public transport to the "Glavpochtamp" stop or 5-10 minutes by taxi.
  • By car, enter "Krylova St., 16A" in the navigator. The landmark is "Krylov's Fables" square.
• Do you have parking?

  Yes, we have parking — free, on site, in the courtyard. It is under round-the-clock video surveillance. It is possible to accommodate cars with a trailer or a minibus.

• Check-in rules

  If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, with an additional charge. For guaranteed early check-in (check-in before 14.00), we offer our Guests a payment of 50% of the cost of 1 night stay. Then we guarantee the check-in of the Guest who arrives in the early hours and give him an extra breakfast.

  We are also happy to provide early check-in "after the fact" for members of our loyalty system - if there is an available room, we will check in an early arrival Guest without charging him an additional fee, but we cannot guarantee such check-in.

  Rules for room renewal:

  • 12:01 - 15:59 - Hourly fixed price 500 RUB
  • 16:00 - 17:59 - 50% of the room rate per night
  • 18:00 - 23:59 - 100% of the room rate per night
• What is included in the breakfast? Are there any diet and children's meals?

  Breakfast "buffet" from 7:00 to 10:00. In the menu:

  • Hot: omelet, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheesecakes, sausages, side dish vegetables, side dish cereals/pasta;
  • Slicing: cheese, sausage, vegetables, fruits;
  • Pastries: rolls, biscuits, pizza, sausage rolls, croutons, waffles, aspic pie;
  • Drinks: coffee, tea (2 types), fruit drinks.

  There are halal, diet and children's meals. If you have any special preferences, please let us know in advance, and we will take them into account.

  Tea and coffee are free throughout the day until 23.00. There is a microwave in the guest area — you can heat up the food.

• Is it possible with pets?

  Yes, accommodation with pets is possible — by prior arrangement. Please inform us at the time of booking that you will arrive with an animal. When arriving with a pet up to 10 kg, the cost is 1000 rubles /one time. Pets from 10-20 kg live at a cost of 2000 rubles /one time. Pets over 20 kg are not accepted for accommodation. We will select a room and suggest the nearest places for walking. Do not forget everything you need for a pet's stay: shampoo, bowl, food, toys, blanket.

• Are there rooms for allergy sufferers and non-smokers?

  Yes. All rooms in the hotel are non—smoking. For guests with allergies, there are rooms that undergo special treatment. Please specify when booking — we will prepare the room in advance.

• Do you have Wi-Fi? Is it fast?

  Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and on site. The speed is up to 100 Mbit/s. A stable connection is suitable for video calls, document management, and streaming. But the nuance of our time is that for periods the entire Internet is blocked throughout the region. Both we and the Guests are inconvenienced. These are the rare moments when we can't do anything at all for our Guests. If you have any problems, please contact the reception.

• What other services do you provide?

• Do you have a loyalty program or discounts?

  Yes! We have a loyalty program with four levels.

• Is it possible to host a business meeting or event?

  Yes. We have a "Suite with study" — a spacious room with a separate study, a large desk and a sofa. Ideal for negotiations, meetings with partners, or working in silence.

  You can also arrange a meeting or buffet in the cafe after 12.00 by prior arrangement (it closes for visitors at 11.00).

  Special prices for group arrivals and individual conditions are available for corporate clients.

• If it's my birthday?

  If you decide to spend this wonderful holiday with us, then we will congratulate you as a team and give you a sweet gift. If you decide to organize a birthday party for a child, friend, or loved one, we will be happy to open the room for you as early as possible before check-in, so that the organizer has time to prepare the decor/gifts.

  The promotion is valid if the Birthday coincides with the day of arrival, accommodation or departure.

• What would you suggest for the newlyweds?

  If you decide to hold this wonderful event with us, then we will congratulate you as a team, bring a bottle of champagne to the room, decorate the interior in a romantic style. If you decide to organize a Party for the young, we will be happy to open the room for you as early as possible before check-in, so that the organizer has time to prepare the decor /gifts.
